About me:
As a career educator I support postsecondary organizations to create spaces of belonging and build capacity for students to design their lives and career. I am also a movement facilitator (yoga, pilates, dance), and meditation guide, supporting individuals and groups to embrace movement and mindfulness as a form of medicine, as a way to untangle inherited oppressive patterns, and as a way to reclaim their energy, self-intimacy, confidence and purpose.
