About me: I am a Connecticut-based creator with a background in Mental Health and addiction services. I have blended my multi-passionate skills from songwriting, videography, production and online marketing over the past 15 years bringing a perfect marriage to build and create platforms for creatives. In 2018 I launched an empowerment and business skills kit for songwriters called Top Secret Songwriter. I am a certified (ICF) life coach, self published author and I hold a Masters of Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University.  I hope to marry all my passions to create more platforms for health and wellness including meditation offerings.  I currently work on several projects at Yale University.
